1 (around 250 g (9 oz.))

(A)Simmering stock

2 tsp

300 ml (1-1/4 US cups)

1-1/2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Clean the sweet potatoes and, if desired, peel the skin in several places.
    Cut into 1-1/2 cm (1/2 in.) pieces and place in water.
  2. Put the sweet potatoes and simmering stock into a pot and cover the ingredients with aluminum foil.
    Cook over medium heat until the stock reduces.
