Directions

  1. Boil the penne according to the directions on the package.
  2. Drain the oil from the tuna, break into pieces.
  3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. Warm up olive oil in a pot, cook (3) while being cautious not to burn.
  5. Mix in the tuna, pour in white wine and boil it down, removing the alcohol content.
  6. Pour the cream into (5), when it begins to boil season with the light soy sauce, salt and pepper. Add boiled pasta and stir well. Place on a plate and dress with parsley.
