Directions

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Divide the bell pepper into rings. Cut the onion in half, then divide one half into many individual thin slices.
  2. Remove the head from the sardines, remove the innards, cut into three pieces, then each in half.
  3. Mix (A), soak (2) for 5 min. Lightly shake off the juice, cover in flour and fry in salad oil.
  4. Place (3) and (1) in a deep dish, mix (B) and pour on.
