Directions

  1. Divide the red bell pepper in half vertically, remove the seeds, then cut up horizontally into 3 mm (0.1 in.) thick slices. Place into a heat-safe container, lightly cover with plastic wrap or a lid, then heat in a microwave (600W) for 1 minute.
  2. Allow to cool, then use paper towel to wipe away excess moisture.
  3. Dress the cottage cheese and (2) with (A) and serve in dishes.

Bell peppers - removing seeds

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
