- Rinse the bean sprouts well in a strainer. Dry well. Cut the green Spring onion into small pieces.
- Heat a fry pan and spread out sesame oil. Begin to fry the bean sprouts and lightly season with salt and pepper. Pour in a beaten egg and stir together well over high heat until cooked well.
- Pile (2) on a plate, mix (A) and pour on as seasoning. Sprinkle on green spring onions.
