Directions

  1. Cut the bok choy into 3 cm (1 in) lengths, half of the spring onion into thin strips and finely chop the other half. Grate the ginger.
  2. Mix together the pork with the finely chopped spring onion and ginger in (A). Place inside the wonton skin and form a triangle by folding twice.
  3. Heat some hot water in a pot and boil (2).
  4. In a separate pot, boil 5 cups of water. Add in (B), and the bok choy leaves, and boil for a short time. Next, add in the strips of spring onion along with drained and dried (3). Cut the heat, season with pepper and serve.

Remove the roots of the Japanese long onion. Then thinly slice up diagonally from end to end.

Remove the roots of the Japanese long onion, and insert vertical cuts. Then chop up finely at right angles from end to end.


Ginger - mincing

Remove the skin of the ginger and thinly slice, gradually sliding and stacking the slices. Then mince the ginger into fine pieces, and slice again finely at right angles.
