Ingredients(Servings: 2)

2 fillets

1/2 bunch

1/2 Tbsp

(A)Yellowtail seasoning

a dash

1 Tbsp

(B)

1-1/2 Tbsp

1-1/2 Tbsp

1-1/2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Season the yellowtail in (A) for a few minutes.
    Remove and carefully wipe dry and fry both sides in 1/2 Tbsp of oil.
  2. Break apart the maitake mushrooms and cut the scallions into 4 cm (1-1/2 in.) lengths.
  3. Warm 1/2 Tbsp of oil and fry (2).
    Pour in (B) and once boiling, add in the fried yellowtail and season with the surrounding broth.
  4. Pour on the ginger juice before serving.
