Directions

  1. Soak the dried shrimp in some water, remove and finely chop.
  2. Cut the daikon radish into strips.
  3. Tear apart the cilantro by hand and mix with (2).
  4. Mix (A) forming the dressing.

    *Adjust the amount of nam pla you add to fit your desired level of saltiness.
  5. Sprinkle (1) on (3) and pour on (4).
