Directions

  1. Soak the dried shrimp in water, drain and finely chop.
  2. Julienne the daikon radish.
  3. Tear up the cilantro by hand and combine with (2).
  4. Mix together (A) to prepare the dressing.

    • Adjust the amount of nam pla added to suit desired saltiness.

Daikon radish - julienned

Peel the daikon radish and cut into 4 to 5 cm (1.5 to 2 in.) long pieces. Slice into 1 to 2 mm (0.1 in.) thick planks, stack by sliding these gradually, and then slice up into thin sticks from end to end.
