Directions

  1. Wrap the tofu in paper towel. Place a plate or other item on top as a weight, allow excess moisture to be absorbed, then quarter and lightly dust with flour. Break the shimeji mushrooms apart into small bunches.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a fry pan over medium heat. While cooking both sides of the tofu to golden brown, add 1/2 Tbsp of the oil into an open space and cook the shimeji mushrooms. Once cooked through, add in (A) and spread throughout all ingredients.
  3. Serve onto plates and sprinkle on finely chopped green onions for flavor and color.
