Soft bamboo shoots steeped in sweetened vinegar

- Cut the bamboo shoots into big bite-size pieces. Wash them lightly and then drain.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, add the bamboo shoots, and saute both sides over medium-high heat. Then add (A) and remove from heat. Allow to cool and serve.
