Directions

  1. Cut the thickness of the tofu in half, then cut each half further into halves to prepare 4 "steaks". Wrap the tofu in paper towel to remove excess moisture, and lightly dust with flour.
  2. Mix (A) together.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then cook both sides of (1). Add the soy sauce and mirin and coat the tofu. Serve on dishes topped with (2).
