- Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, and use a spoon to remove the seeds and interior.
Pat dry, then coat the hollow part of the zucchini with flour.
- Add and mix (A) well in a bowl.
- Pack (2) into (1), and bake in an oven for 12-13 minutes at 180-200 C (360-390 F).
- Cut the zucchini into easy-to-eat pieces, and arrange on a plate with ketchup, mustard and lemon wedges.
