Directions

  1. Remove the bases from the shiitake mushrooms, and coarsely chop the caps and stalks.
  2. Mince the long onion and ginger root.
  3. Heat up the sesame oil in a pot, and saute (1) and (2) over low-medium heat until fragrant.
  4. Add (A) to (3), and heat while mixing together.
  5. Enjoy by packing the lettuce with rice and (4).
