400 ml (1-3/4 US cups)

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into large bite-size pieces.  Peel the daikon radish, and chop into large pieces.
  2. Add (1) and (A) to a pot and cover with a droplid.  Boil over high heat, then simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.  Add (B) and simmer for an additional 10 minutes over medium heat.

Peel the daikon radish and cut in half lengthwise, or cut into quarters lengthwise if large. From the edge, cut up irregularly into bite-size pieces.
