Directions

  1. Separate the leaves of the chrysanthemum from the stem.
  2. Boil water in a pot, then add a little salt and salad oil (not included in ingredients) and boil the chrysanthemum stems (1).
    Later add and boil the chrysanthemum leaves.
  3. Place the chrysanthemum in a colander to drain, then cool in water.
    Dry and chop into fine pieces.
  4. Quickly place in and remove the ham from boiling hot water and mince.
  5. Combine (A) in a bowl, then add (3) and (4).
    Stir with chopsticks or another utensil to loosen up the ingredients and fully dress.
