Directions

  1. Cut the pork into 3 to 4 pieces, then coat with the seasoning (A).
  2. Heat the salad oil in a small frying pan. Fry (1) over medium heat, then add the onions and stir fry.
  3. Add the bell peppers and (B), then stir fry together until the liquid has evaporated.

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
