Directions

  1. Cut the pork in half, cut the onion into thin wedges, and chop the bell pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, then cook both sides of the pork (1) while spreading open, and cook together with the onions and bell peppers.
  3. Mix and add (A). When it comes to a boil, thicken with (B), then bring to a quick boil and serve on individual plates.

Bell peppers - removing seeds

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
