Place the unpeeled potatoes (A) in a lidded container. Microwave at 600 W for 5 minutes, then peel and mash while still hot. Combine with the original soy milk.

Fry the panko bread crumbs (B) in a fry pan over medium heat until golden. Finish by adding olive oil and remove.

Clean the fry pan, then saute the onions in olive oil, and cook further with the ground meat. Once the ground meat has become crumbly, add and cook with (C). Remove from heat, then add and mix with (1).

Cut the cabbage into thin strips and use it to line plates. Place (3) on top with (2) sprinkled with parsley.

Separate the leaves and remove the core. Cut the leaves in half lengthwise to make it easier to julienne, then stack, roll up, and slice very thinly from end to end.
