- Wash the green peas and boil in salted water until softened.
When cooked, leave to cool and drain.
- Beat the eggs and mix with (A), then add the green peas.
- Oil a well-heated pan with the salad oil and pour in (2).
Use a spatula to cook over low heat.
When cool, cut into easy-to-eat pieces and serve.
