Directions

  1. Wash the green peas and boil in salted water until softened.
    When cooked, leave to cool and drain.
  2. Beat the eggs and mix with (A), then add the green peas.
  3. Oil a well-heated pan with the salad oil and pour in (2).
    Use a spatula to cook over low heat.
    When cool, cut into easy-to-eat pieces and serve.
