- Soak the sea bass in (A) to flavor.
- Mix (B).
- Heat up the salad oil in a fry pan, under medium heat fry both sides until lightly browned and to the center.
- Pour in (2) in a circular motion, turn heat down to low. While slightly shaking the fry pan, entwine the ingredients.
- Place in a plate. Peel random pieces of the cucumber, cut diagonally and garnish.
