Smoking hot fried daikon radish embellished with the refreshing taste of yuzu.

- Cut daikon radish into 2 cm (3/4 inin) thick pieces, peel the skin, then cut into semi-circles. Place in a heat safe container, wrap and microwave (500 W) for 4 minutes.
- Heat salad oil in a fry pan over medium, add and fry the daikon radish pieces from (1). Make sure to fry both sides equally, then arrange on a plate.
- While still hot, dress with soy sauce and sprinkle on diced yuzu peel pieces.
