Japanese Parsley, Seaweed and Fried Tofu Salad

An aromatic and flavorful Japanese style salad.

  1. Cut the root from the parsley, and then into 4-5 cm (1-1/2 in.)lengths.
    Dip in ice water for a short while.
  2. Cut the fried tofu into thin, 3 cm (1 in.) long strips.
    Roast in a fry pan for a few minutes until crispy.
  3. Arrange (1) and (2) in a bowl, tear and sprinkle on small pieces of seaweed.
    Mix (A) and pour on as dressing.
