An aromatic and flavorful Japanese style salad.

- Cut the root from the parsley, and then into 4-5 cm (1-1/2 in.)lengths.
Dip in ice water for a short while.
- Cut the fried tofu into thin, 3 cm (1 in.) long strips.
Roast in a fry pan for a few minutes until crispy.
- Arrange (1) and (2) in a bowl, tear and sprinkle on small pieces of seaweed.
Mix (A) and pour on as dressing.
