Directions

  1. Cut thin crosses into the bottoms of the Brussel sprouts, and chop the carrot.
  2. Place the carrots into a pot with enough water to cover them.
    Heat until it begins to boil, then place over low heat for 2 minutes.
    Add the Brussel sprouts and cook further for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Dress (2) with (A) and serve.
