Directions

  1. Tear apart the watercress leaves, and tear the lettuce leaves into easy-to-eat pieces.
    Remove the celery strings and thinly slice.
  2. Soak in cold water, and once crisp, fully dry and serve in dishes.
  3. Mix together (A) and pour on top of (1).
