- Remove the bones and skin from the salmon fillets, and cut into large pieces. Dust with a thin coat of flour, then fry in the cooking oil.
- Prepare the marinating sauce by mixing together the ingredients in (A).
- Place freshly fried salmon into the marinating sauce and allow the flavor to soak in..
