Simply boiled and marinated in soy sauce

- Place the pork in a deep pot and pour in plenty of water.
Bring to a boil, then cover with a lid while leaving a bit of space for steam to escape.
Boil over low heat for 40 minutes to 1 hour (adding additional water if it boils down).
- Remove the pork and dry.
Marinate in a plastic bag with Kikkoman Soy Sauce for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Cut into easy-to-eat pieces, then place on a plate lined with leaf lettuce, garnishing with hot mustard paste.
