Directions

  1. Combine (A) in a saucepan and stir over low heat until thickened.
  2. In order, cut into easy-to-eat sizes and place tofu skin, cheese and another layer of tofu skin in bowls.
    Pour the cooled sauce (1) on top and garnish with wasabi.
