Ingredients(Servings: 2)

150 g (5-1/4 oz.)

as needed

1/3 clove

1/2 Tbsp

90 ml (3 fl. oz.)

75 g (2-3/4 oz.)


  1. Cut the chicken into large bite-size pieces, then rub with salt and garlic.
    Sprinkle with Kikkoman Soy Sauce and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Soak the chicken in the milk, then coat with roughly crushed cornflakes.
  3. Cover a cooking tray with aluminum foil, then bake the chicken in a 180-degree Celsius (360-degree Fahrenheit) oven for 10 minutes until browned and cooked through.

    * Garnish with watercress lettuce, if desired.
