Directions

  1. Cut the pork into easy to eat lengths and sprinkle on (A).
  2. Chop the deep-fried tofu into bite-size pieces 7 mm (0.3 in.) thick. Remove the stem from the bell pepper and slice up into 7 mm (0.3 in.) width pieces. Cut the green beans up into 4 cm (1.6 in.) lengths.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a fry pan, stir-fry (1) and the green beans. Once the meat starts to brown, add in the deep-fried tofu and bell pepper and continue to stir-fry.
  4. Adjust the flavor of (2) by adding in a mixed (B) and then serve.

Cooking Basics

Bell peppers - removing seeds

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
