3 leaves / 150 g (5.3 oz.)

2 tsp

(A)Sauce

1/4 bulb

1 & 1/2 Tbsp

1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Place the sauce ingredients into a dish and mix together. Remove excess silver skin from the pork slices and arrange inside a cooking tray, pour on the sauce and marinate for 30 minutes. Pile the cabbage onto plates.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil over low heat in a fry pan, gently drip off excess sauce and arrange the pork inside of the fry pan, cook through then remove.
  3. In the same fry pan place the leftover sauce, boil this down, return the pork to the fry pan, coat the meat well and then serve onto dishes.

Cooking Basics

Cabbage - julienned

Separate the leaves and remove the core. Cut the leaves in half lengthwise to make it easier to julienne, then stack, roll up, and slice very thinly from end to end.
