A hearty side of eggs and broccoli.

- Divide the broccoli into small florets and lightly boil.
Make sure not to boil until broccoli becomes soft.
- Heat the salad oil in a pan and stir-fry the broccoli while seasoning with salt.
Add the beaten egg and stir in a circular motion, as if drawing a large circle, so that the egg will be fluffy when fried.
Remove from the pan and place the broccoli and eggs on plates.
- Boil 1/2 cup of water and (A) in a pot.
Add the starch to thicken the sauce, then pour on top and serve.
