Directions

  1. Cut spinach and mizuna into easy to eat pieces.
  2. Cut off hard tip of enoki and shimeji mushrooms and break apart.
  3. Boil (A) in earthenware hot hot. Add tofu, (1) and (2), and cook well. Eat with ponzu sauce.
