Directions

  1. Divide the lettuce into 2-3 cm (1 in.) squares.
  2. Divide the bell pepper into 1-2 cm (1/2 in.) squares.
  3. Cut the hard root from the bottom of the mushrooms and break apart.
  4. Mix (A).
  5. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and fry (2) and (3). Add in (1), lightly stir and finally stir in (4).
