Directions

  1. Rinse the string beans and wrap in plastic without drying. Microwave (500W) for 1 minute 30 seconds - 2 minutes. Remove and divide each pieces into 3-4 equal size pieces.
  2. Place the katsuobushi and ground sesame seeds in a fry pan. Roast until an aroma emanates.
  3. Place (1) in a bowl and mix well with (A). Pour (2) on top and serve.
