- Place kelp and desired amount of water in a ceramic cooking pot.
- Slice tofu into 4 portions each, remove base and slice shiitake mushrooms in half; place both in pot. Heat water, but only allow it to simmer, not boil.
- Allow tofu to simmer for a few minutes, then add chrysanthemum leaves (when tofu begins to jiggle slightly, it is done). Add Japanese long onion and Kikkoman Soy Sauce and enjoy.
