Directions

  1. Cut the thickness of the tofu in half, then cut each piece in half.
    Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper to dry, and lightly dust with flour.
  2. Mix (A) together.
  3. Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then cook both sides of (1).
    Add the soy sauce and mirin and coat the tofu.
    Serve on dishes garnished with (2).
