Directions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces, and the chicken against the grain.
    Remove the bases from the shiitake mushrooms and break into 2 to 4 pieces each.
  2. Add (A) and the onions (1) to a small pot and bring to a boil.
    Then cook lidded for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken and shiitake mushrooms to the pot, and cook for 2 minutes lidded.
    Then add the tomatoes and simmer. Serve in individual bowls.
