- Julienne the potatoes using a slicer of with a knife, then rinse in water and drain.
- Cut the bacon into pieces 5 to 7 mm (about 1/4 in.) wide.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Stir-fry the potatoes until translucent, then add (2) and stir-fry everything further.
Pour the curry powder, Kikkoman Soy Sauce and Kikkoman Manjo Aji-Mirin into the pan and stir-fry all the ingredients together.
