- Season the yellowtail in (A) for a few minutes.
Remove and carefully wipe dry and fry both sides in 1/2 Tbsp of oil.
- Break apart the maitake mushrooms and cut the scallions into 4 cm (1-1/2 in.) lengths.
- Warm 1/2 Tbsp of oil and fry (2).
Pour in (B) and once boiling, add in the fried yellowtail and season with the surrounding broth.
- Pour on the ginger juice before serving.
