- Rinse the rice in a colander and drain.
- Add the sake to the ground meat and mix together with chopsticks or a fork.
- Cut the garlic chives to 1 cm (1/2 in.) long pieces.
- Bring (A) to a boil in a pot.
Add and loosen (2) while removing any scum, then add (1) and quickly cook.
Add (3) and lightly mix together.
Pour in the beaten egg slowly throughout the pot and remove from heat.
