Kikkoman Institute for International Food Culture

The institute conducts research and gathers information on a wide range of topics, from soy sauce to food culture of the world.
At the facility, we are exhibiting selected company archives, research results, and collection of books related to food, food culture, and culinary arts.
To disseminate results of research, seminars are held regularly with guest lecturers, and an annual journal is published.
