Production Process, Features, and Seasoning Effects of Kikkoman Soy Sauce
This section introduces the allure of Kikkoman Soy Sauce.
Kikkoman Soy Sauce is made from soybeans, wheat, salt and water using the traditional “Honjozo” brewing method where the four ingredients are fermented and aged using the natural power of microorganisms. The resulting color, aroma and flavor are distinctly different from soy sauce made from other ingredients or using alternative production processes. Many culinary effects can be gained by using Honjozo traditionally-brewed Kikkoman Soy Sauce which brings out the natural flavors of ingredients to create a new deliciousness at every cooking occasion.
