Go through each step in making soy sauce, see the different stages of fermentation, and experience the color, taste and aroma of soy sauce.

Here you can try out soy sauce-flavored soft-serve ice cream, grilled senbei rice crackers with soy sauce, and enjoy other treats unique to the museum.
Gift Shop: Murasakiya
You can find Goyogura Soy Sauce, different kinds of Kikkoman Soy Sauce, and even original goods.

Goyogura

The Goyogura brews a special soy sauce for the Imperial Household. It also exhibits traditional soy sauce tools and equipment used in the past.
