Go through each step in making soy sauce, see the different stages of fermentation, and experience the color, taste and aroma of soy sauce.

Goyogura

The Goyogura brews a special soy sauce for the Imperial Household. It also exhibits traditional soy sauce tools and equipment used in the past.
