Kikkoman Soy Sauce Museum

 

Go through each step in making soy sauce, see the different stages of fermentation, and experience the color, taste and aroma of soy sauce.

* Tours (in English and Mandarin Chinese) will generally be self-guided with the assistance of audio headsets. Reservations are required for large groups or visits by organizations, so please inquire ahead of time.

Mame Cafe

Here you can taste soy sauce soft-serve ice cream, grill sembei rice crackers with soy sauce, and eat other treats unique to the museum.

 

Gift Shop: Murasakiya

You can find Goyogura Soy Sauce, different kinds of Kikkoman Soy Sauce, and even original goods.

Goyogura

 

The Goyogura brews a special soy sauce for the Imperial Household. It also exhibits traditional soy sauce tools and equipment used in the past.
