Directions
- Thinly slice the beef and season in (A).
- Cut the garlic sprouts and bell pepper into the same size pieces as the beef. Boil the harusame noodles and divide into edible size pieces.
- Heat sesame seed oil in a pot. Fry the beef, garlic sprouts and bell pepper. Remove.
- Add (B) and let boil. Add in the noodles and simmer for 4-5 min. Finally, add in (3) and stir fry well.
