100 g (3.5 oz)

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the beef and season in (A).
  2. Cut the garlic sprouts and bell pepper into the same size pieces as the beef. Boil the harusame noodles and divide into edible size pieces.
  3. Heat sesame seed oil in a pot. Fry the beef, garlic sprouts and bell pepper. Remove.
  4. Add (B) and let boil. Add in the noodles and simmer for 4-5 min. Finally, add in (3) and stir fry well.
