250 g (9 oz.)

1 bulb

1 clove

2 Tbsp

400 g (14 fl. oz.)

1 cube

Directions

  1. Drain beans and cut sausages into 2-3 pieces. Then, dice onion and garlic.
  2. Put olive oil into thick pot, and saute garlic and onion.
  3. Add whole peeled tomatoes together with juice, mix while smashing tomatoes, and add beans. Add bouillon, bay leaves, salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes. Then add sausages, adjust flavor with soy sauce, and cook for 10 more minutes.

Cooking Basics

Onions - finely chopped

Cut the onion with its outer skin removed vertically in half, and thinly slice cut-side down without cutting as far as the base. Then lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts, finely chopping from end to end.


Garlic - mincing

Remove the skin of the garlic clove, and cut vertically in half. Then remove the core, slice thinly cut-side down without cutting as far as the base part, and lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts. Finally, mince from end to end.
