Directions

  1. Dice the tomato into 1 cm (0.4 in.) chunks and dress with the boiled shrimp, Kikkoman Soy Sauce and olive oil.
  2. Fill a pot full of water and boil the somen. If the pot starts nearly boiling over half-way through, pour in 100 ml (3.4 fl. oz.) of cold water, remove the somen noodles when they become nearly half transparent, place in a sieve, soak in ice cold water and shake/drain out remaining water.
  3. Dress (2) will Genovese pesto sauce and place (1) on top.
