Directions
- Cut 2-3 openings into each piece of hairtail, place into a lidded heat-resistant deep dish, and arrange, making sure the pieces are not touching.
- Spread the kimchi on top of the hairtail fish, mix (A) and pour on the meal.
- Cover (2) with a lid and then microwave for 4 mins.
- Remove from the microwave, and allow to steam for about 3 min. Arrange on a plate, dress with scallions.
