Directions

  1. Cut 2-3 openings into each piece of hairtail, place into a lidded heat-resistant deep dish, and arrange, making sure the pieces are not touching.
  2. Spread the kimchi on top of the hairtail fish, mix (A) and pour on the meal.
  3. Cover (2) with a lid and then microwave for 4 mins.
  4. Remove from the microwave, and allow to steam for about 3 min. Arrange on a plate, dress with scallions.
