Directions

  1. Soak wakame in water for a short while to soften, careful not to waterlog.
  2. Remove roots from radish sprouts and cut length in half.
  3. Cut some opening along the back of the fillets.
  4. Boil (A) in a fry pan. Add and arrange both fillets. Add in (3) and the ginger. Cover with a paper lid and leave to simmer for 8-9 min.

Peel the skin of the ginger knob, and then thinly slice it from end to end.
