Soak wakame in water for a short while to soften, careful not to waterlog.

Remove roots from radish sprouts and cut length in half.

Cut some opening along the back of the fillets.

Boil (A) in a fry pan. Add and arrange both fillets. Add in (3) and the ginger. Cover with a paper lid and leave to simmer for 8-9 min.
