Directions

  1. Boil the 4 cabbage leaves. Remove the hard core from the center of the cabbage.
  2. Cut the remaining cabbage into strips.
  3. Break apart the corned beef, mix together with (2). Wrap with each leaf from (1).
  4. Heat the salad oil in a fry pan. Slightly brown the surface of each roll from (3).
  5. Place all the rolls in a pot, pour in 2 cups of water and heat. Allow to boil.
  6. Scoop off any scum that forms on the surface, add (A) and simmer the rolls for 10 min. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Cabbage - julienned

Separate the leaves and remove the core. Cut the leaves in half lengthwise to make it easier to julienne, then stack, roll up, and slice very thinly from end to end.
