Directions

  1. Quarter the green peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pot and quickly saute the green peppers. Add in the broth (A), cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, then serve into dishes.

Cut the pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
